About this Course

14-week session (runs until winter break) Does your child want to learn Parkour Flips and Tricks? This is the class for them! Parkour flipping class is the perfect accompaniment to our junior parkour class. The goal of this class is to help students learn to execute common flips and tricks commonly used in the parkour landscape. This class includes a healthy dose of cardio and conditioning! Dress Code Required: Indoor running shoes are required and strictly enforced. T-Shirt and leggings and/or athletic pants. No Baggy clothing, jewellery or hats. Dress code is strictly enforced. Students who do not adhere to the dress code will not be permitted to attend class due to safety concern.
